If an event is canceled by KIJA, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

i. Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).

ii. Cancellation within 7 days of the event: No refund.

4. Donations

Donations made to KIJA are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.
